We're Tiona and Neil. SIPT started in our South Yarra kitchen, born out of a love for healthy food.

We care about what we eat. We just didn't always have time to. Mornings got away from us, the good habits slipped first, and that voice that says you'll be better tomorrow kept making appearances.

So we made something for ourselves, and slowly realised it could be a way out for people like us. The idea was always simple. Real fruit and vegetables, blended and frozen into portioned cubes, sitting in the freezer ready to go. No prep, no decisions, no willpower needed at 7am. For the first time the easy option was also the one we actually wanted.

We shared it with friends, then at farmers markets, run clubs and wellness studios around Melbourne. Now it's part of daily routines across South Yarra and Prahran. We still make every batch small, and every blend and nutrition panel is verified by a qualified nutritionist.

We're here, building slowly and intentionally, because that's how we think good things should be built.
