Add two cubes to your blender (one serve), pour in your liquid of choice, and blend. From there, make it yours: protein, collagen, whatever your ritual calls for.

Blends may contain tree nuts and sesame seeds, and all allergens are declared in the ingredient list on each product page and pouch. Everything is made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, seeds and gluten, so we can't guarantee any blend is free from traces. If you have an allergy, please check the full ingredient list before ordering.

No blend contains gluten ingredients, but our kitchen also handles gluten, so we can't guarantee zero traces and don't label SIPT gluten free. If you're coeliac or gluten intolerant, SIPT may not be suitable.

No. SIPT arrives frozen and needs to go straight into the freezer, so please make sure someone's home on delivery day. If you can't be, leave an esky with an ice brick at the door. We'll tuck your order inside and text you the moment it's delivered.

Yes. Change your blends, delivery address or frequency any time before your next order is charged. It's all self-serve from your account.

One off orders can't be changed once placed. Cancel before 6pm on the Thursday before your delivery, then place a new order.

Yes. Pause, skip, change or cancel a subscription any time before your next order is charged. It's all self-serve from your account, and we email you a few days before each charge.

One off orders can be cancelled up until 6pm on the Thursday before your delivery. After that it's in production and can't be cancelled.

If your order arrives thawed, damaged, or missing an item, send us your order number and a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
